This is the second blend I've had from Seven Weeks, and I am very happy with the way it tastes! It's in my regular bi-weekly delivery for sure!!
This was my first taste of SW coffee and boy am I glad I found it. I have had the Hope blend and I'm in love. It has depth of flavor without being overpowering and it is so smooth, you have to go 'mmmmmm' after each sip. I use it to brew espresso and it is perfecto! I'm so happy to find this great cause has great coffee. PRO-LIFE!
I usually prefer and order the dark roast, but decided to try the Ethiopian Medium Roast because from reading reviews it sounded very good. It is! The coffee has a very smooth, full flavor. My husband and I are rather picky coffee drinkers, as our son works for a local coffee roaster. We enjoy good coffee and especially appreciate companies that treat the coffee farmers well. Seven Weeks Coffee not only has great tasting organic coffee, paying the farmers beyond fair trade requirements, they help save the lives of precious pre-born babies. This turns the luxury of drinking coffee into a very important, great cause!
I purchased this with the joy of knowing I was helping the unborn survive to see the light of day. I now can say that each morning I enjoy the wonderful taste of a delicious cup of coffee with peace in my heart that somewhere a little one is protected. I would have continued to buy this coffee regardless but now I am completely sold! The coffee is smooth with no lingering harsh coffee taste. Thank you for doing what you do. God bless you!
