    Love this coffee

    4 bags of whole bean Ethiopian Dark has been our standard order for quite a while now. We still enjoy it as much as the first bag ordered. I'm currently dr8nking grocery store coffee while awaiting my next shipment from Seven Weeks. I kinda like that we always need to drink "regular coffee for a week between arrivals, because I'm always do excited to get back to Seven Weeks when that new order arrives!!!

    And it's silly, but I love watching the big bubbles rise up and watching the coffee "breathe." It's kinda fun! You only get that with super fresh coffee beans!!!

Currently, our Dominican Roast and Espresso Roast are certified USDA Organic.
