To manage your subscription and view order history, simply login into your account here.

How to add more coffee to your subscription

  1. Login into your account here.
  2. Go to "Edit Products"
  3. Either select "Add product(s) to subscription" or select the product under the "Add to your next order"
  4. Select if you want to add it to your current subscription as a one-time purchase or subscription product.

How to swap an item

  1. Login into your account here.
  2. Go to "Edit Products"
  3. Select "Swap Item"
  4. Select the product and variant
  5. Select "Save Changes" to confirm the swap.

Updating Payment Method

Update card on Portal

You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account portal
  2. and select "manage subscriptions"
  3. Next to billing select "edit"
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Update card on ShopPay

You will need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your Shop Pay account

2. After you log in, in the Active orders section, click the subscription order that you want to view.

3. Edit your subscription order payment method: You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay.

4. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.

5. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method

6. Do one of the following:

  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

7. Click Update.

How long will it take to get my order?

Coffee orders are shipped between 1 and 3 business days from order.

Merchandise orders ship separate and take 2-5 business days.

Shipping time

Most orders are shipped through priority mail USPS. Which means they should arrive within 2 and 4 business days.

Order was marked delivered but I did not receive it

There are times that tracking status is marked as delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item within 3 business days after marked as delivered please let us know.

What should I do if my order is returned to the sender?

Most likely the order was returned to the sender due to "insufficient address" stated by USPS. Please contact us so we can help resolve this issue.
