How do I update my payment method?

Update card on Portal

You will need to follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account portal
  2. and select "manage subscriptions"
  3. Next to billing select "edit"
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Update card on ShopPay

You will need to follow these steps:

1. Login to your Shop Pay account

2. After you log in, in the Active orders section, click the subscription order that you want to view.

3. Edit your subscription order payment method: You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay.

4. In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.

5. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method

6. Do one of the following:

  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

7. Click Update.
