I really like your regular caffeine coffee,but the decaf is too light roast for my taste,I don't like it.

I have been subscribed to seven weeks coffee for over a year now and I love the quality of these beans. Every bag has been consistently delicious. Rich and bold. I love the dark roasts and use them for my espresso. It comes out smooth and frothy, yum! It tastes even better knowing that my purchase is going toward a very important cause; life! We are loving the decaf coffee. We do grind our own beans on occasion, but it would also be nice to have the option to buy ground decaf just to save time on some mornings during the week but overall it’s fabulous.

As a family of coffee lovers, we have tried many, many brands of coffee. Seven Weeks tops them all. The wonderful bonus is knowing we are supporting life for babies at the same time. Good coffee; however, their dark roast I isn’t as intense as I am used to. Compares more like a medium roast in other coffees. I support the cause and will keep purchasing it, but just to let others know, the coffee is smooth, tasty but is a medium roast at best.

The coffee has a good flavor and does not seem to bother my stomach. I am using whole beans and an aeropress. I will say that I do not really taste the chocolate notes.

I drink my coffee black so the taste has to be really smooth and not bitter. The Life coffee is all that and more.

Unbelievable flavor. I have tried organic Ethiopian coffee before, and this is the best!

I’ve brewed this coffee several times now with a chemex pour over and a 1:15 ratio of coffee to water. This is first light roast I’ve had using this brew method, but I’ve enjoyed it very much. The floral notes are definitely noticeable and make for quite a pleasant flavor profile.
