Some dark roasts are done to the point of being burnt. This roast was on the money , creating an extremely smooth flavor. Happy to support such a good cause while getting a great product.

I’ve been very happy with my purchase. Especially since I’m supporting a good cause
I heard about this coffee a years ago, but I wasn't willing to invest this much in coffee back then. I liked the fact that it was prolife, but I couldn't understand the price. When I started considering adding coffee to my morning routine for a while I looked deeper into my options and realized coffee is weird.
Supposedly a lot of brands have mold somehow. The industry standard is that low.
Coffee farming is not a luxurious career and the trees don't bear fruit all year long, so when you factor in that most coffee is grown out of country and has to be shipped all the way here, why is it so cheap? It's not like with tomatoes or lettuce is the sense that you can't just grow something else when the harvest is over- those trees have to stay in the soil for next year. So when I read that you pay your farmers 300% more than the fair trade minimum, I new this was a coffee I wanted to try.
This clean coffee supports the lives of the unborn AND provides a more reasonable livelihood for their farmers. Plus, it taste incredible. I understand that difficult price tag now.
