Grown in the Cibao region of the Dominican Republic at 1,300 meters above sea level, this Red Caturra single origin is cultivated in rich, nitrate-dense soil and shaded by native trees using certified organic farming practices.

What makes this coffee truly special is the care behind every step. Each harvest undergoes a six-hour fermentation before depulping, then is carefully patio-dried. The parchment is then rested for eight weeks before shipping, a process that deepens its natural sweetness and extends freshness.

Beyond the cup, this coffee supports real people. The farm employs Haitian coffee pickers each season, supporting them in gaining legal status in the Dominican Republic and ensuring they receive fair wages equal to their local peers. Fermented coffee cherries are even repurposed to generate energy for the facility, and all water used in processing is filtered before returning to the land.

    I love it!

    It had been a long time since I’d had a light roast coffee, but I’m pleasantly surprised with this one. The flavor is great and I don’t get any weird jitters from drinking it on an empty stomach, but I’m full of energy for my early morning workouts after drinking it. I love that it’s organic and mold & mycotoxin free!

    Absolutely the best coffee I have ever had.

    I am blown away how good this coffee is. I use this roast as my espresso with a daily latte and an evening coffee. The light roast tastes amazing that carries more caffeine than a dark roast. I was getting coffee from a local shop where I live but they started promoting many things that go against the Bible to the point I knew I could no longer spending money at their shop. I prayed that God could reveal a place where the coffee was so good I didn’t have any temptation going back to the other place. Enter Seven Weeks coffee, I will never look back. Their coffee and company is amazing and they donate a part of their proceeds to pro-life groups!
