Grown in the Central Plateau of Haiti at 1,200 meters above sea level, this medium roast microlot is shade-grown beneath a rich forest canopy in organically farmed, nutrient-dense soil. The region's unique clay and limestone-rich Caribbean soil has shaped a rare Blue Mountain subvariety of Typica, prized for its naturally smooth body and ultra-low acidity.
