Grown in the celebrated Sidama region of Ethiopia at 1,800 meters above sea level, this light roast single origin is cultivated on small family plots under shade-grown conditions that protect both the plants and the surrounding ecosystem. The Heirloom Typica varietal thrives here, slow-ripening at altitude to develop the delicate, complex character you taste in every cup.
