I sampled each (light,medium,dark) roasts and wow! each had their own distinct robust flavor. I enjoyed each very much. I have had other brands over the years and even one local roaster here in Wisconsin and never could really taste a difference or even a very robust flavor. Yours is the best! We needed a low-acid coffee that would not irritate our systems. We decided to give 7 Weeks a try. It is similar in cost to the others, and it supports a cause we love -- pro-life. The taste is great, and we feel healthier drinking clean coffee. We love drinking the Ethiopian blends and are happy to support life. We subscribed over a year ago and have not regretted it. A bag of the coffee beans is a favorite gift to spread the cause and hopefully save more babies!
